The refurbishment of the Councils Community Halls which will include: •Cleaning and general repairs to roofs •Cleaning and repairs to rainwater goods •Cleaning, repointing and general brickwork repairs •Cleaning, replacement and repairs to doors and fenestration •External paving repairs •Internal and external decorations •Drainage •Electrical rewiring •Suspended ceilings •Works to listed buildings Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
