Description
The Black Country Transport have commissioned the installation and data feed of 28 sensors, with plans for a further 25 to be installed at a later date. Due to funding, Black Country Transport weren't able to continue to fund these - so it has been agreed by Phil Evans (CRSTS monitoring and evaluation) and Carolyn Harris (Network resilience - operational management) - that we TfWM would like to retain these sensors and agreed to fund from CRSTS. It has been agreed that TfWM will now be responsible for the data and maintenance of these sensors, following on from the expiry of the agreement between VivaCity and City of Wolverhampton Council (Black Country Transport). This applies to 23 sensors along the A4123 and vicinity
