## Description

Direct Award for the Provision of Expert Legal Advisers for Revenue Claims against TOCS\. The call-off contract shall commence on the 3rd January 2023 and the expiry date will be 2nd January 2024 for a period of 12 months with the option to extend by 12 months \+ 6 months\. The total contract value will be up to £600,000 excluding VAT\. The contract value has been extended by £100,000\.00 and the new contract value is £700,000\.00 excluding VAT\.
