Leigh Community Centre: New Roof & Associated Works

The project involves roofing and associated works generally comprising of the following: - Replacement of lantern lights - Re-covering flat roof with a proprietary system - Re-slating of two main roof slopes including new felt, battens, insulation and slates - New fascia boards, soffits, rainwater good and snow guards - Decoration of fascia boards and soffits - Lightening conductor.

Property is a busy community centre open to the public, in Leigh-on-Sea. Contract start and close date TBC.

Deadline to submit quotation 23/07/18. Any required site visits must be made within this time.
