The project involves roofing and associated works generally comprising of the following: - Replacement of lantern lights - Re-covering flat roof with a proprietary system - Re-slating of two main roof slopes including new felt, battens, insulation and slates - New fascia boards, soffits, rainwater good and snow guards - Decoration of fascia boards and soffits - Lightening conductor\.
