The Hull Health Trials Unit (HHTU) wishes to tender for the supply and implementation of an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system to support Health Trials within the newly established Trials Unit. A variety of terms are used by suppliers to describe clinical trial database systems. We refer to EDC, and this description covers systems used to create electronic case report forms (eCRF), manage role-based permissions, enter data from remote sites into a backend database, manage data centrally and export datasets.
