## Description

250 kitchens and 80-bathroom replacements & associated works to meet the decent homes standard for properties that require an upgrade of their existing bathroom and/or kitchen as it is in poor condition\. This work will also provide the opportunity to upgrade the electrical installation and may include boiler replacements where required\.
