Installation of Fire Doors and General Fire Safety Works

Description

This is an invitation to tender for a framework by Sutton Housing Partnership for the installation of fire doors and general fire safety works. The contract will be JCT Measured Term 2011 for an initial period of 2 years plus an option for 2 no. 1 year extensions. The initial commitment is for 1,000 door installations. The proposed contractors must be Gerda approved installers. 2 contractors will be appointed. The tender return date is 24th November 2017 Additional information: The specification has been revised. The changes are: 1) Tender return date changed to 24th November 2017 at 5pm. 2) Correct email address for tender queries - tenders@suttonhousingpartnership.org.uk 3) Clarification of pricing / quality / interview split - 60/30/10% 4) Change of specification of front entrance doorsets, closers, ironmongery etc - from Gerda 'Safer Homes Range' to 'Contemporary Range' Sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
