## Description

Tandridge District Council invite suitably qualified consultants to the tender of a Local Plan: Garden Village Consultation, which will be prepared and carried out to accord with Regulation 18 of the Town and Country Planning \(Local Plan\) \(England\) Regulations 2012\. The Local Plan: Garden Village Consultation will set out the five strategic locations being considered by the Council as a potential location for a development which would be of a size and scale to accommodate a scheme which accords with the principles of a Garden Village\. The total budget for this work is £160,000\.00 and below the OJEU threshold for Services\.
