## Description

Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council \(the Employer\) is seeking to identify and appoint Contractor\(s\) to a Highways Minor Works Framework Agreement \(Framework\)\. The work involved will be of a jobbing / patching / minor works nature associated with the maintenance and improvement of the Employers highway network\. The tender is divided into four Lots\. Lot 1 - which consists of rates for teams and equipment working under the direction of Leicestershire County Council\. Estimated value excluding VAT £4,000,000\. Lot 2 - which consists of highway maintenance / minor improvement / drive crossing work or programmes of work that can be planned and identified well in advance for Leicestershire County Council\. Estimated value excluding VAT £4,000,000\. Lot 3 - which consists of rates for teams and equipment working under the direction of Leicester City Council\. Estimated value excluding VAT £3,000,000\. Lot 4 - which consists of highway maintenance / minor improvement / drive crossing work or programmes of work that can be planned and identified well in advance for Leicester City Council\. Estimated value excluding VAT £3,000,000\.
