City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council \(the Council\) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider \(the Provider\) to deliver a cloud solution for a modern, electronic method of capturing the learning of Private Hire & Hackney Carriage Drivers, proprietors and Operators\. The Council's preference is for an off-the-shelf solution to meet our needs and timescales\.
