GB-Cambridge: Duxford Economic Impact Assessment

This Contract relates to the appointment of a consultant organisation to complete an economic and social impact report for the IWM Duxford site.

2.2 The aims of this report:

•The primary aim is to quantify and demonstrate the wider economic impact of IWM Duxford on the East of England (Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Bedfordshire) using data primarily from the 2017/18 financial year; and

•In addition to this, a secondary aim of the report is to express these findings in terms of wider social impact and 'place-making' i.e. improving the area around the museum as a place to live/work/visit.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
