Work description
The Authority is seeking to procure the fit out of a new build library, across ground and mezzanine floors, from shell standard including: - Alterations, stairs, New Internal partitions, doors, flooring, ceilings and finishes - Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services - Installation of relevant fixtures, fittings and furniture
