Route to market may be adapted to meet suitable suppliers or cancelled if there is expected to be no suitable suppliers or the authority decides to no longer go ahead with the opportunity. Interested suppliers please complete the attached questionnaire and issue to gds-digital-buyer@digital.cabinet-office.gov.uk by 11/02/2025. GOV.UK requires a supplier that is able to identify participants based on criteria, screen or survey them, and recruit for qualitative or quantitative research projects. Criteria can change for each project. Suppliers can be expected to have to recruit in 'hard to reach' demographics (i.e. people who we can't access easily through databases/panels etc.) for example ethnicity, access needs, assistive tech, low digital confidence, low literacy levels, non GOV.UK users, people who have English as a second language, under 18s years old. This potential future opportunity is estimated to be ~£110k for 1 year with the option to extend for a further year.
