Work description
WCHG plans to submit a bid under the SHDF Wave 2.
The outline bid includes -EWI to 8 3 storey blocks. Total 209 flats -External wall insulation to 40-50 mansard roof type houses. This will include stripping and recovering the lower mansard.
Other ancillary items are likely to include external repair works and ventilation
