Work description
The Construction of Fifty Dwellings, comprising; 8No. two-bedroom bungalows, 24No. two-bedroom houses, 16No. three-bedroom houses and 2No. four-bedroom houses, with all associated roads, parking, services, drainage and external works. This project has been fully designed prior to tender and will be awarded on a PPC 2000 partnering form of contract NOT a Design & Build contract.
