## Description

Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy \(BEIS\) had a requirement for the provision of supplier expertise to complete a DOS discovery phase by investigating an online collaborative platform approach to policy development and provision of a proposal detailing their approach\. The proposal will consist of but is not limited to, user research, existing best practice, BEIS's bespoke business requirements, potential technology solutions and recommendations to inform the next steps\. This Call-Off Contract was awarded via the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 4 Framework Agreement \(RM1043\.6\) via competitive competition\.
