## Description

The Councils of Basildon, Castle Point and Rochford are seeking to award a contract for the provision of Waste Transfer Station\(s\) located in south Essex for the tipping and haulage of their residual waste\. The contract will be divided into three Lots based on geographical location, one for each Council\. The Councils do not guarantee any tonnage throughout the life of the contract\.
