## Description

The Council wishes to procure a provider to supply, deliver and install floor coverings to various homes including but limited to domestic and temporary accommodation in Walsall\. The service shall support Walsall Council and Adult Social Care to replace damaged or broken floor coverings in crisis needs to improve outcomes for citizens within Walsall\. The service should help provide replacement Floor coverings to various homes who require crisis support and ensure the citizens have safe and usable floor coverings\.
