## Description

FCHO is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced service provider who can produce PAS2035:2023 compliant Retrofit Assessment and Coordination services for approximately of 1250 properties which is an indicative quantity and may change\. This contract will cover retrofit advice, assessment and coordination prior to and during the works phase\.
