Work description
Advance have procured a Design Team to take the scheme forward from RIBA Stage 0 to 7, with the intention of novating part of the Design Team to the successful bidder. The Design Team has developed the scheme design to RIBA Stage 4, with the invitation to tender for the construction works being based on this level of design.
