Work description
The Council has launched Pilot Empty Homes Initiative across the borough, which involves working closely with owners of long term empty properties (empty for minimum 6 months) in Oldham. The initiative offers a range of options and solutions which empty home owners are encouraged to engage with, in order to bring their empty properties back into use.
