## Description

The Council has launched Pilot Empty Homes Initiative across the borough, which involves working closely with owners of long term empty properties \(empty for minimum 6 months\) in Oldham\. The initiative offers a range of options and solutions which empty home owners are encouraged to engage with, in order to bring their empty properties back into use\.
