Exeter City Council ("the Council") is conducting a procurement process to appoint a suitably experienced organisation/s who can demonstrate the ability to deliver an effective City-wide Voluntary and Community Sector Support Service for Exeter. Purpose The Council wants to support community groups and organisations to use their passion, skills, experience and knowledge to focus efforts on working sustainably to make a difference and create change by:

• Helping people to help themselves and each other • Building on the strengths of people and communities • Connecting people and organisations within and across communities
