TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF BOARD AND NON EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT. STRATEGIC PARTNER

The purpose of this tender is to identify a suitably experienced recruitment partner with the capability, reach and alignment with our values Board Member recruitment across LTE Group. We estimate up to ten roles across the period starting in Autumn 2026 with the recruitment of a new Chair designate for the LTE Group Chair role as well as a new Chair designate for the Manchester College Board.

As members naturally come to the end of term the Group wishes to work with one organisation to holistically shape the board and evolve it strategically rather than on an advert or vacancy by vacancy basis.
