## Description

The current telephony system used by The Council is no longer suitable to provide modern Contact Centre functionality so a replacement system is being sought which will provide the functionality that our Contact Centre now require\. This is a further competition using CCS Framework 3808 Network Services 2 Lot 13: Contact Centre Services\.
