Work description
You are invited to submit your offer to QE Facilities for the supply of Bespoke Pathology Labels and Specimen Transport Bags.
All communications with the Organisation, including the submission of ITQ shall be conducted via the NHS sourcing portal: www.nhssourcing.co.uk
All communications including queries from bidders and amendments of this procurement exercise shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the NHS Sourcing portal (see "Messages" section).
The onus is on the bidder to read and keep up to date with all the information published on the NHS Sourcing portal in relation to this requirement.
Once you have completed your response, please click on 'Submit Response' in the centre of the screen. This will submit your response to QE Facilities.
Please note this is a sealed exercise and as such the Organisation cannot view any sensitive information until after the cloing date.
