Work description
This Statement of Requirements is for the provision of SME support to assist UK StratCom in the implementation of the latest baselined version of the IBSA code on a Fully Networked C3 (FNC3) experimentation platform, to enable Line of Effort owners to evaluate data centric requirements, standards, policies and ways of working.
