Lift Refurbishment Works at Navigation House

Description

The Client wishes to enter into an agreement with a Lift Contractor for the refurbishment of an existing MRL hydraulic passenger/light goods lift at Navigation House, Kent. Navigation House is a residential housing scheme located over 4 floors. Any associated building and electrical works shall be undertaken by the lift contractor, and all plant, equipment and materials, necessary to deliver and install the equipment shall be included within the tender price. Single fixed cost to carry out these works to be submitted via the MyTenders Quick Quote facility.
