Legal Services & Advice - Real Estate, Commercial Property

Oldham Council has completed a call off for legal services under the North West Legal Consortium framework Lot 2- Property, Planning and Environment (http://www.nwlegalconsortium.com/framework-panels/). The successful provider may advise and potentially act for the Council on matters including but not limited to real estate/commercial property advice, Local Government advice, finance, state aid, and planning law matters. The award value is based partly on fixed fee elements of advice, which will be supplemented with the Framework fixed hourly rate charges.
