THE PROVISION OF VILLIERS HOUSE REFURBISHMENT

The University of West London (UWL) has a number of sites in Ealing including campus at St Mary's Road which includes several interconnected buildings, Paragon House an 11-story building and Villiers House a 9-story building where the works are to take place. Villiers House is located at Ealing Broadway over the existing and new Station. The refurbishment is to replace the 'end of life', services in the building and to re-fit the interior floors to suit a range of university activities including staff offices teaching spaces and lecture rooms.
