## Description

As part of its planning for recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic Gateshead Council \(the Council\) is seeking to gain a better understanding of the people who use its local centres and why\. Using Welcome Back funds, the Council wish to capture footfall and analytics data for its Town Centre as well as other District and Local Centres in the Borough\. The Welcome Back Fund is supported by the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020\.
