A suitably qualified and experienced consultant is sought to address some of the barriers preventing greater uptake of Community Land Trusts across Devon. The project is being led by Mid Devon District Council on behalf of all councils in the Team Devon Grouping: Devon County Council, East Devon District Council, Exeter City Council, Mid Devon District Council, North Devon Council, South Hams District Council, Teignbridge District Council, Torridge District Council, West Devon Borough Council working alongside the Dartmoor National Park Authority and the Devon Association of Local Councils.\r \r Key project deliverables will include:\r \r • Mapping currently known CLT proposals across Devon\r • Review of best practice from other locations with higher incidence rates of CLT formation and housing delivery\r • Analyse the conditions that contributed to this positive differential\r • Make recommendations on actions to address these gaps and significantly enhance take up\r • Produce marketing or advisory products as defined by earlier steps\r • Focused consultation with key stakeholders Additional information: To access the documentation to collaborate in any opportunity you will need to register on the Proactis/Advantage South West procurement portal accessing Supplier login and register Free with ProContract.
