Online access panel to conduct a 15-minute questionnaire with a minimum of 5,500 adult respondents across eleven groups \(with 1,000 of them within four groups being re-interviewed 6 months later\) to help us understand more about the factors that influence the decision of respondents to consent to allow administrative data to be linked to survey responses\.
