Additional information: A new interim contract is put in place for a period of 6 months to enable NHS North West London CCG time to agree the approach to commission this service through revised provider system contracting arrangements from April 2022. Observing its obligations under the NHS (Procurement Patient Choice and Competition)(No.2) Regulations 2013, the CCG has assessed the appropriateness to award this interim contract directly through a non-competitive process to secure continuity of services for NWL residents from the incumbent provider which has been delivering and developing the current services.
