## Description

Wealden District Council is seeking to award a 3 year contract to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to supply a retirement living support system\. They must be able to comply and demonstrate compliance with the Adult Safeguarding and Health and Safety regulations particularly legionella and fire safety and have a process driven workflow, fully mobile software package that provides each Retirement Living Court Manager with prompts to undertake tenancy visits, fire safety visits and legionella checks\.
