Contract for the Provision of a Workplace Counselling Service

Gateshead Council is committed to developing a working environment that promotes the health and well-being of its employees and are looking for an organisation to provide a confidential Workplace Counselling Service and to help with the management of employee sickness absence.

The main function of the service is to provide one to one counselling to support employees experiencing psychological distress that is affecting their health, wellbeing, work attendance or their ability to perform their work duties.
