## Description

Ofgem requires expertise to develop a suitable interactive prototype and undertake appropriate user research and iterate to allow for a successful alpha phase partial re-assessment against the GDS Service Standard\. This will allow Ofgem to fully complete the alpha phase for the Heat Networks Digital Platform\.
