Pre-PCSA works for Phase 2 (museum & gallery) of Our Cultural Heart(OCH).

Kirklees Council award of contract for the appointment of a Main Contractor to complete the Cultural Heart Phase 2 (museum & Gallery). The Main Contractor will work collaboratively with Kirklees Council. The first stage will comprise of works prior to a collaborative Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA); the next stage will be the award of a main construction contract. At this stage only the PCSA is guaranteed with the main construction being subject to satisfactory delivery of the PCSA.
