## Description

Newcastle City Council in partnership with Northumberland FA and Newcastle United Foundationwishes undertake an ambitious scheme known as the Parklife Project\. Parklife is a capital investment programme funded by Sport England \(SE\), the Football Association\(FA\) and the Premier League \(PL\)\. In Newcastle the Council and its partners are working with the Football Foundation \(FF\)
