Work description
This procurement opportunity covers the provision of an independent complaints review service for stage 2 complaints about how Arts Council England treated applicants/applications to the National Portfolio Investment Programme 2018-22. The independent complaints review service will be available to complainants whose complaints have progressed through stage 1 but who remain dissatisfied with Arts Council England's response to their complaint.
