Work description
The contractor must carry out comprehensive rewiring in both occupied and unoccupied dwellings. This includes conducting detailed surveys, storage, site protection, and cable relocation (e.g., telephone, TV). Compliance with all health and safety regulations, British Standards, and Building Regulations is mandatory. Over the duration of this contract there is a current potential of 90 different properties within the Chesterfield Borough Council area.
