GB-London: Project to co-develop resources and provide direct support to councils in strategic workforce planning

Access code is 74R3N7Z5P7(PCH are seeking an associate to work with councils and partners in a place to support them to develop a strategic workforce plan that informs strategies to address short term challenges and longer-term transformation.

The learning extracted through direct support to individual places will help to inform the development of universal and targeted resources to support the wider sector. These will be shared via a Workforce Planning Portal on the PCH web pages and support offered to regions.

The work is to be delivered by the end of March 2024.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
