## Description

This contract will provide project support to commission and set up the Connected Competence programme in the oil and gas sector\. There some final development activities that will require project managing to support the programme and the placing the programme on a sustainable footing\. This will require senior stakeholder engagement to ensure the programme is meeting user needs\.
