## Description

The objective of this task is to produce a recommendations report for Highways England on appropriate WWD measures for the motorways and trunk road network in England, by considering WWD measures already deployed in England, Europe and USA, reviewing the monitoring outputs and recommending what measures could be applicable to Highways England's network\.
