Description
Vivid invite suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver for VIVID's planned and responsive leaseholder and general needs roofing and walkways programme. Currently the roofing and walkway programme is being delivered by an external contractor, including a small element of minor repair works assisted by VIVID's in house team. VIVID homes have an annual roofing replacement program consisting of walkways, flat roofs, pitched, metal clad and mansard including plain, interlocking and slate tiles. On average the program over the last 3 years has consisted of approximately 120 to 150 roofs per annum with an average of circa 2m per year.
