GB-Cromer: MTC Adhoc Car Park Reapirs and planned maintenance

The Measured Term Contract will be to carry out car park repairs and planned maintenance to include playground repairs to BSEN1176, annual winter gritting to replenish grit bins in car parks (not to apply just replenish) at NNDC offices and Fakenham Connect, boarding and deboarding of beach chalets and the remove and refit (at season beginning/end) of wooden step units bolted to the promenade from gangway to far east end by beach chalets, Pier decking inspection to include straining wires for handrails and benches and Spa Common Folley, North Walsham ditch survey. The units are to be removed, jet blasted, put into storage, repaired, preservative and refitted. Out of hours responsive work and making safe.
