## Description

The Trust requires a single provider for a cloud based integrated HR and payroll system and a fully managed payroll/pensions administration service on a national basis which will give the best solution in terms of both cost and quality, ensuring a consistency of delivery across all Trust establishments\. The service will commence in April 2018 in line with the new tax year\.
