## Description

The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the provision of the development of a comprehensive suite of training materials and resources for health professionals delivering tobacco dependence services to people with severe mental illness \(SMI\), including people who also have learning disabilities\. The materials will support ICSs to train staff to deliver new tobacco dependence services from 2022/23\.
