GB-London: Review and gap analysis of statutory officer training needs.

Description

The LGA is seeking to commission a provider to undertake a desktop review of existing provision of training and curriculum for Section 151 and monitoring officers in councils in England (please see definitions of these roles at the end of this specification) and, using the findings of the review, conduct a gap analysis to highlight priority training needs. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
